Disc Vacuum Filter
The filters consist of multiple discs mounted on a horizontal shaft. Each disc is made up of 10 plastic sectors covered with filter cloth bags that are clamped together. The bottom of each sector is connected to a filtrate tube that runs along the shaft to a rotary valve at the end of the filter. This tube connects the rotating discs to a vacuum source. The discs sit partially submerged in an agitated slurry bath, and the vacuum applied to the sectors forms a cake in the slurry as filtrate pass

Vacuum Belt Filter
Its main feature is that it lacks the traditional rubber belt. It belongs to the group of top feed filters and is primarily applied to the finer chemical compounds handling thin cakes although in recent years large machines suitable for thick cakes may be seen on the bulkier processes.

VERTICAL FILTER PRESS
HVPF vertical automatic press filter is the most advanced filter that the world has ever got. Vacuum has a limit, but Pressure does not. HVPF vertical automatic press filters use air or water to form a huge pressure difference on both sides of filter cloth to achieve very efficient separation of solid and liquid. As the filter plate is closed, slurry is pumped into the filter chamber through slurry pipes. Then high pressure water forces rubber diaphragm to extrude filtrate from filter cake.
